**MUST-READ: GOOGLE THINKS IT'S ABOVE THE LAW **
For several days now Google has been summarily shutting down my blogs sans explanation other than "SPAM" (their caps), also preventing me from accessing the posts to download them for posting on another blog service. This ranges from blogs with just a few posts to some with thousands of posts and tens or hundreds of thousands of pageviews. This blatant trampling of my rights forever gives them away as an enemy of freedom of speech except for themselves, and I'm contemplating legal action to make them tell it to a judge. The first one they shut down was my Hillary Watch Blog, making me suspect that Hillary Clinton and her people are behind it, and that it was so obvious they're lamely trying to cover their tracks by shutting down blogs on other topics, although they are just laying more tracks.
It's funny that they use the word SPAM then cite their Terms of Service to justify summarily shutting a blog down. Those very Terms of Service don't even mention the word spam except to brag that they provide free spam detection services for user messages. The term spam means commercial advertisements that are broadcast by the thousands or millions via email, which might cover comments in blogs, but never was intended to apply to the content of blogs, which are protected by free speech rights. All along as I built each blog up post by post, their software accepted the posts and published them, sometimes for years, so to shut down the whole blog along with all posts with as flimsy an excuse as this is not only wrongful denial of service, but bordering on criminal. The order to do this must have come from high up in Google, and I'd love to find out who. Maybe only somebody as high up as Hillary Clinton would get them to try it, but if there are others out there who got the same treatment please comment here for all to see, or email me using my email form on tlwinslow.weebly.com.
They clearly think that none of their users gains any rights to continue using their so-called free service merely by signing up for it and blogging, which is what lawyers call a pyramid scheme. Clearly, nobody who uses Google's Blogger, Blogspot and other blog services is safe, because they can lose their entire blog with all its contents with no way to even download them at any time, and they will have no recourse other than hiring an attorney to take them to court. Any pretense that Google is a champion of free speech is now gone forever, and I hope the entire outfit is put out of business by a better one in the near future. Never again will I trust Google. Should you?
I posted this on Mar. 4, 2015. Let's see how long it takes for this blog to simply disappear. Don't accuse me of framing them, it's all their own doing to frame themselves on being unfit to continue in business. Too bad, they don't own the Internet, and I'm moving my blogs to my own historyscoper.com Web site using free WordPress software, so visit this page to get the urls and keep reading my cool posts:

Mar. 5, 2015. Received an email from Google that one of the blogs was manually reviewed and restored to service because their automated blog killer made a mistake. I guess all of them were removed by this bot. What kind of maroons could have programmed such a POS? I'm still waiting for all the other blogs to be restored. At least the email contained a routine apology, sheesh. I wonder if they will all be restored, but even if they are, I'll never trust them again, and have already migrated almost everything to my historyscoper.com site, but will leave them up anyway in case I missed migrating anything important.
